In low quantities it is probably no big deal, but frequently eating raw eggs could negatively influence biotin levels. In extreme cases, biotin deficiency can lead to hair loss.
Bringing this up for general interest rather than to criticise, just fyi! You do you, and I'm sure the odd raw egg won't hurt. I learned this in first year biochemistry many moons ago...our lecturer was very derisive about the scientific accuracy of the Rocky films series, hahaha
Good to know, thanks! I won't be chugging down half a dozen at a time then :D And I supplement with a good a good food-based multivitamin, which DD also takes, so I hope that compensates for biotin as well, as we only get one raw egg per day.

I've been trying to eat enough salt. I've been having lots of cramps in my feet lately, and I found out that it might be due to too little salt and lots of water in my menu (eating salt stopped my cramps). And I read that salt has something to do with growing too (more/ enough salt, more growing). But I know too, that too much salt is bad.

Make sure you are consuming a good-quality salt with natural minerals. My favourite is pink Himalayan salt. :) And don't worry about consuming too much - your body is built to tell when you've had enough as things will simply taste too salty then. Wonderful system!
Will be having vendace fried in butter today!
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Peanut butter toast, chickpeas spinach and quinoa for lunch, roasted squash brussel sprouts and chicken for dinner later.

Thanks! I'm using sea salt at the moment, and mineral salt. 👍
Today I ate eggs and black beans... I guess they are good for everything. 😁

I think I might treat myself to a poke bowl later! Any excuse for a whole pile of salmon

peanut butter and banana, oatmeal, eggs on toast

I try to stick to a clean, protein-rich diet. I also try to maintain a good intake of oilseeds and occasionally take multivitamin supplements.
