A prawn pasta salad, cashew nuts, lots of water and my vitamins.
I quit caffeine 2 weeks ago. Entirely. Cold turkey. While I can't speak to any hair benefit (yet) my anxiety is dialed back a ton, and my stomach feels good for the first time in forever.
Other than that, oatmeal with lots of add-ins and some roasted veggies and rice yesterday.
Great for you cutting out the caffeine!
I had two almond flour banana muffins, some leftover sausage and veggie rice, and now we’re making steak mushrooms onions and peppers with rice mixed with caluiflower rice and beans.

I had a delicious, thick, medium-rare beef steak today! The only spice I used was pink Himalayan salt. Then, I also had skyr with heavy cream and bilberries, some dark mint chocolate, organic coffee, and green tea.
Aye, skyr is awesome! Maybe you can look into making your own.
I had oat flakes with soy milk, a kiwi and a banana for breakfast!
A family friend dropped off two cartons of fresh eggs this morning, so I guess I'm going to have to find some egg-centric dishes. I've been trying to eat more nuts, as well.
So many beans! These past couple months I have been eating tons of rice and bean bowls, and Chili. Maybe it isn’t a coincidence that my hair has grown more than usual recently.
