I'l be eating vegetables for dinner, but other than that, I have to admit I've not eaten much for my hair today. I plan to fix this soon, because all this easter candy is almost gone, and I will stop buying anything with sugar in it.
Having felt bad about the other stuff I've been eating, I had some milk and cheese, that should help.

And since I’m here, all I’ve had is some spicy quinoa with spinach and tomatoes, but the day’s not over yet. I still need to get some more protein into my diet today.
It does. It could be a few different types still, but I will avoid all of them. Not hard to do since dairy is banned from my household—everyone is either allergic or horribly lactose intolerant. I was just curious. Thanks for googling that for me :D
Oatmeal with honey. Pea protein patty, bread, spinach, cheese and mayo with cherry tomatoes and sweet potato fries. Peanuts. A kiwi fruit. Yogurt with berry muesli. Berry smoothie (strawberries, blueberries, plain yogurt and matcha powder). Water, tea and supplements.
Spring pasta with peas and pancetta. I also had a salad with baby greens, spinach, kale, cucumbers, and homemade pickled beets. I also took my vitamin D supplement.
Avocado! But I wonder if it would have been more beneficial to have just used it as a mask instead :confused:

I’ve been taking a multivitamin, iron, and spoonfuls of peanut butter for my hair health. I think I’m going to add zinc supplements on to that. I'm anemic with a terribly unbalanced diet so I definitely need the nutrients.
Today, I had a Brazilian burrito and two ribs with a boatload of diet cranberry-pomegranate juice.
My diet hasn't been the most nutritious the past few days, but today I've had a couple of bananas, pea soup with onion, and supplements.
After getting back to america I honestly haven't even wanted to make food. I've been eating a lot of fast food. Today I picked up some groceries. Lunch was a vegetarian burrito, french fries, sliced avocado and some cookies to balance out the fact that I ate a fruit. Dinner is salmon, asparugus, more avocado and some plantain chips and a beer for my monthly PMS treatment

Bacon and avocado, ginger and turmeric tea, water kefir with blueberries and apples, beef and Brussel sprouts lots of water, beets, greens and I take collagen and vitamins for my immune system.
Protein pudding. Apple. Feta and spinach pie. Bread with garlic, poppy seeds and green pesto. Water, tea and supplements.
Chicken and salad. Fresh pineapple. Supplements.
Stewed oxtails, rice and beans and 4 tbsp peanut butter. I drank a lot of crystal light as well. Zinc, Iron, and a multivitamin, too!
