Personally I use peanut butter and add more of all of the flavor enhancing things (Lots of the chilipaste, lots of garlic, lots of ginger, lots of peanutbutter, lots of lime) because it can taste too sweet if you're not careful.
But I know sweet potato and carrots both have lots of great vitamins for hair, so I think it would fit here.

I’m visiting DBF’s parents for a week and a half so I haven’t been able to eat according to my usual diet, but I’ve still tried to get as much real food into my system as possible. The past few days, I’ve had lamb, smoked salmon, moose and brusselssprouts, for example.
Fatty lamb ribs, Brussels sprouts, carrots, and red cabbage.
Bean soup, ham, mixed greens salad, yogurt, carrots, sugar snap peas, whole wheat bread, turkey breast...
Yesterday:
Spinach, avocado, berry, banana, oat, pb, spirulina smoothie.
Tagliatelle with peppers, mushrooms, spinach, onions, garlic, canned tomatoes, miso, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Chocolate soreen with nutella. And some cheeselets. Hehe.
Today I've had chocolate cereal with coconut milk, some mackerel, and 3 boiled eggs. Having lentil dahl and rice later.
Cereal with coconut milk. Banana. Mango. Sushi. Berry smoothie. Dates. Cheesey butternut squash risotto. Fruit loaf.
