Today? Does a brownie count as hair food?
In all seriousness, I try to keep a reasonable balance.
Most mornings, it's a veggie egg ( egg mixed with leftover veg and cheese) with a piece of bacon or sausage, brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal, or the rare pancake or biscuit and gravy.
Lunch is normally leftovers from dinner or a quick fix: sandwich or microwave thing.
Dinner is probably my more balanced meal. Protein, 2 or 3 veg ( I try to add quite a bit of color here) and a carb. Porkchop, corn on the cob, asparagus +roasted carrots, and ceasar salad was last night.
