Toasted millet porridge with wild flower honey, chopped toasted cashew and pecans, dried organic apricots, and some milk on top. Beautiful fragrance as well as taste.
Manuka smoked salmon with dill, onions, and brown fried rice.
It was a splendidly piggy day for me.... I mean my hair.

Hee-hee! I only usually 'report' my dinner when I have had something exceptionally yummy.
You don't get to hear about all the cheese sandwiches and cans of tuna salad.

A nice big Marmite and cheese sandwich.

Homemade vegetable soup:- Lots of olive oil, (all the veggies are chopped into approx 1cm pieces) onion, ground paprika, potatoes, water, pumpkin, turnip, carrot, pinch of mixed spice, and some salt. That's the recipe right there! I fry the onion, paprika and potatoes first for a while until they get a heavenly roasty smell, then add boiling water and everything else. Simmer for around 20 minutes. Mash with a potato masher. Done. I like it so thick you can stand the spoon up in it!
Salmon, again.
Oh, and a Turkish Delight chocolate bar for dessert.
