Thank you dear, but your food always sounds great and varied as well! Oh, and hubby ended up eating most of that homemade chocolate, and I'm certain he did not need it for his hair, seeing as he doesn't have any :D
Today I had leftover homemade potato salad (no mayo) for breakfast, along with scrambled eggs and cheese :cheese:
For lunch I'm making my favorite pink pasta (beets-based sauce) with white beans.
And dessert is homemade carrot cake.
I also take cod liver oil and hair vitamin (biotin, selenium and zinc) daily for hair.
Drinking water
Well, because I'm in training for Christmas eating, whenever I have a chicken or ham sandwich I put cranberry jelly on it. It's a bit addictive. :o
Pizza , Pepsi, garlic bread, carbonara pasta and coffee is basically my diet this week
I'm very low on money this week because it was rent month so can't get anything decent
Tons of carrots! There are retinol and vitamin A and everything good in them.
Eggs, spinach, and turkey sausage. I've been increasing my sources of good quality protein in the hopes that both my overall health will improve as well as that of my hair.
I'm still enjoying having Kelp's recipe for high protein pancakes!
Recipe (just in case anyone missed it)- A mashed banana, big pinch of cinnamon and two eggs, beaten together and cooked like regular pancakes in a non-stick pan. Makes about three pancakes.
I think this recipe and the advice to "Squish conditioner into your hair" are the greatest handy hints I have picked up from this site so far. Embarassingly enough! :o
