Pork chop with stilton, breadcrumbs, spring onion, roasted sweet potatoes and carrots.

Salad with noodles, chicken, tomato, cucumber, feta and tzatziki. Rye chips. A banana. Panini bread with broad bean filling. Water, tea and supplements.
Two meaty sausages. A smoothie that consisted of coconut milk, an organic egg and a few raspberries. A handful of blackcurrants from the backyard. Supplements and vichy water.
ETA: Add to that another sausage and a cup of green tea!

I had an iron infusion on Tuesday. My appetite and energy has picked up and I've been eating meals again.
A banana and some flax and raspberry cereal. A protein shake and a handful of blackberries. Two red bean and cheese pupusas with sweet potato fries. A gyro made with veggie burger and spinach. Will probably finish the night with some popcorn and a glass of red wine.
