Fatty minced meat (pork/beef) with eggs fried in almond milk with avocado. A smoothie with almond and coconut milk, half an egg (because we ran out), some blueberries and raspberries, half an avocado, a spoonful of erythritol and a leaf of kale.
Smashed avocado on toast for brunch, and making pasta with shrimp and veggies for dinner. Also had about 1.5L of water throughout the day.
For supplement I am taking primrose oil, collegan, cod liver oil, cayenne, and a multivitamin tea. Not just for my hair, but I believe those things all have great hair benefits! also had a turmeric milk ice drink , with coconut oil, chicken, kale, and lots of water.
Lol...ok so I meant to seperate it, but that turmeric drink did not contain chicken and kale and lots of water...if anyone is wondering

Your body does not want to get rid of fat. And if you're not fat-adapted (as in you're running on glucose instead of fat), you won't particularly be burning it while not eating anyway.
I made 16-bean soup with beans, potatoes, carrots, onions, kale, olive oil, and hot sauce. I also had some whole-wheat cereal, peanuts, and apples. :yumm:
