Yesterday I had sweet potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, pumpkin for side dishes, pan-fried wild herrings for lunch and eggs for dinner.
Today for lunch I switched to salmon. Not wild caught, sadly, but my local supermarket made a very tempting offer for a sea-farmed one and I caved in. I bought almost 1 kg of salmon for 10 euros. Didnīt eat it all of course, most is frozen. Hopefully, eaten once a week is not going to be too problematic :o.
Tuesday dinner is my weekly cheat meal, so I had piadina, yum!
Avocado and poached eggs on an onion and chive bagel with coconut oil. Banana. Matcha tea. Salmon & veg. Monster Munch. 2 Gold bars. A Mince pie. lol :)
Coffee, Lara bar, ramen with lots of veggies and greens, split pea soup and a green salad with sweet potato and pumpkin seeds. Three clementines. I might have an apple later. Dark chocolate. Water, tea, supplements.
Peanut butter in porridge with a banana and maple syrup. Berry protein smoothie. Prawn salad. Some mango. Mixture of Indian curries :P
