I’m really not proud of my diet today... a lot of coconut/peanut “healthy” cookies and that’s about it. Does sugar excite your hair molecules and make hair grow faster?? If so, I’ll be at waist by tomorrow!

Life would be boring if we ate healthy every single day. You have to treat yourself once in a while.

I’m a bit of a health nut because my health severely suffers under a poor diet. That being said, you aren’t wrong, and stressing over it certainly won’t help anything! :)

I've been trying to eat more protein, because as a vegetarian i'm not sure if I've been getting enough...
So today I ate a bowl of edamame with some avacado/cucumber sushi and miso soup for lunch. For dinner yesterday i had a spicy black bean burger, it was so good i'm still thinking about it lol :yumm:

Pork steak on a couple of different occasions. Cheesy cauliflower soup. Cheese balls. Organic tea and coffee. Supplements.
