Just measured my hair and I'm about an inch from APL. That means even with a small trim (haven't had one in about six months) I'll be at APL by summer.

Whew! Growing long hair from a really short pixie takes literally years :wail: :lol:

Thank you! I don't have a firm goal set but at least BSL, probably longer. I've been at classic before (in high school), so I know I can get there. The problem is that my hair is quite thick, so it's rather cumbersome and hot at that length during summer. I guess we'll see :)

Today I switched my layers for a blunt cut. It took a lot of courage to waste the length, but knowing that I always loved freshly trimmed hemline, I took a risk. The layers are past, this is my length now. I may need to trim one more time because my bangs are shorter.

Long time, no see! I haven't been active here in many, many months but today I felt like logging in and updating my hair status. I got a short bob about a year ago and I've been growing it ever since. I've had regular trims, the last one was in November. Now that I've reached shoulder length, I'll try not to have a trim until May before I go on a holiday. I have a long way to go before I reach APL but this is start. As you can see, the front section is a bit shorter than the back but I'm ok with it for now.

Tekla, we have very similar haircut, I also have front area shorter. I think we could reach APL in September or October. What do you think?

You're right, looks like our haircuts are very similar indeed! I'm hoping to reach APL by the end of the year but the sooner the better! I guess I have to trim at least once this year but it shouldn't take me back too much.
