Today when I connected and opened a link for anything on this site all the lovely gray theme/background for this forum is gone. I haven't made any profile changes, and cannot find anything in my user control panel to set it back. Please let me know what I need to do to get the default forum colors and formatting back. Are you still having this problem? Do you mean the theme/background for your profile, or for the whole forum? If you're not seeing the default, what does it look like now?
A good place to start in these kinds of situations is to delete your temporary Internet files and your cookies. This will reset any temporary stuff your browser has saved and should reset your ads as well. Occasionally one of those will have a bug and cause a bit of weirdness. :)
It went away after a day or so, not sure as I have been on holiday. It was the whole forum, anything to do with this website at all. No other sites were affected, so it had to be something specific to just this site. I use Firefox, so ads are blocked.
It was interesting to me that it went away without any changes, and in fact, the machine wasn't even turned off during that time. Oh well, all that matters now I suppose is that it's fixed!
