It's a bit tough to say because the picture is so tiny and I'm not entirely sure where your waist is, but it looks like perhaps one inch from waist? Or it could be already, but as I said, it's hard to tell based on that picture. You don't have much longer to go in any case :D

The larger picture does make a difference. I agree with this opinion.

I agree with MBL. From your avatar pic, you appear to be past bra strap length but not quite at waist yet. I think between the two, you are closer to waist. If you have average hair growth, you should be there in about 3-4 months or so in my opinion.
