3 week progress :)

This is my progress since joining TLHC, I know it hasn't been long but i've seen quite a change.

This is my hair on the day I joined, It had been washed, air dryed then brushed

This is one week after joining when I was trying mineral oil on my hair and using a wide toothed seamless comb.

Then I started the CG method 2 weeks ago, this is my hair just washed, conditioned and air dryed. I didn't comb it at all but when I do I only finger comb it.

I'm starting to get my curls back that I had in my early teenage years and the moisture seems to have restored my colour :happydance:.

I wash my hair every 3rd day, CO every 2nd wash ( I have to use medicated shampoo at least once a week as I have Psoriasis).
Then I let it air dry, If I wash it before bed then I just put an old t-shirt over it and it drys by morning, I don’t touch it with towels or it goes frizzy.
Also before and after work I spray my hair with leave in conditioner (just 2 tablespoons of normal conditioner diluted in a spray bottle of water). I only finger comb my hair once each morning.

It's not exactly the CG method but its working anyway.

I am currently taking some vitamins too but it’s only been 2 weeks so haven’t noticed any growth yet.

That last photo was just air dryed from dripping wet after shampooing and conditioning. I think i'll start to see more sprirals when it gets longer and healthier.

7 years ago when I had waist length hair 3/4 of the length had natural ringlets (I'm not sure if ringlets is the right term on TLHC) :)
