I am looking for a way to set my hair in damp pin curls for smoothness and bounce, I need some specific instructions on a pattern to set these up for straightening, any ideas?

I do pin curls! But the only way I could get them to be as big as they turned out was to blow dry first. I don't know if you saw my post in another thread but this is how they turned out.

Andreaschoice had straighter results and hair but hopefully I helped somewhat

Vividmakeup also did pin curls for a more wavy look

My hair will probably take the shape without blow drying first, the curl isn't that strong due to old heat damage, thanks for the videos! I will be trying this!
