Cat eyes makeup and hair model that suits

I really would like to able to do cat eyes makeup. Does anyone know how to do that ? Also what kind of hair would suit that makeup??

For cat I'd wear my hair all down, or maybe in a high ponytail if it's straight.

I think I would wear the hair back or in a sleek side-part. Minimal hair fuss to go with maximum eyes. Nude lips go well with cat eyes, too!
