View Full Version : 'Corset' braids!

I just saw this video and I thought it would be appreciated here. Essentially it's just dutch pigtail braids sewn together with a ribbon in a corset style but it looks really pretty and quite olde worlde as well. I do dutch pigtails all the time so I think I need to get some ribbon and try this soon!

I could do something like that with a scarf, maybe a red one for Christmas.

It's very pretty! Unfortunately, just one of her double braids is about the same size as my single braid. I can try it though.

Oh, I had seen the original russian video showing it, but I love DolyVita's interpretation of it, definatelly gotta try it, so gorgeous!

O/T My DH walked in after I clicked the link and I showed him the style. He said, "wow, how did they do that?" Then he quickly added, "no, no, forget I asked, I don't want an explanation!" :D It's possible I've bored him too many times!
