Male and long-hair in Dubai

I am sorry if this isn't the right section to post about this...

Anyway, I am a guy with shoulder-length hair and I am not planning to cut it, I will probably be travelling next month to Dubai for the 1st time in order to apply for some positions and attend some interviews.

For those who have been to Dubai before (especially guys with long hair), what is the general attitude towards long hair on men in Dubai and do you think that some companies may have not a problem with that? (Especially those who are related to my majors: IT and marketing!)

i dont know about companies but i think if it looks good on u then its ok! as long as it looks clean because when guys grow their hair it tends to look dirty lol (not from dubai from ksa but ive been there)

Actually, mine is always clean and looks good when I wear it up, I was just wondering about the authorities in Dubai (in some other states like Al-Sharjah, I've heard that it is totally forbidden), so is it "officially" allowed in Dubai?
