Okay, so apparently my hair is wavier than I originally thought it was... but I am really not sure if it's a 2b or a 2c. I'm still in shock that this happens if I don't brush it! O_O

If some folks could give me a bit of help, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not sure if this belongs here or if there's a designated hairtyping help thread... but I didn't see one when I looked!

Looks about 2a to me.

I would say that's a 2b.
Mine is 2a and it's not that wavy, but it doesn't appear like it's forming any curls which would suggest a 2c rating.
So yeah, 2b :)

Not 2c, I think. 2a/2b? Wavy hair is kind of a grey zone.

I pored over the hairtyping help page, but I have bad visual processing, so I was asking other folks for their opinions. Thank you, though. :)

ohhh thank you so much for posting that. I know exactly what I am now and because I hadn't a clue how to type my hair.

I'd say 2a.
