As I was paroosing online to find some make-you-own gel, I found that one can make it using gelatin (and some scent, if you want) and water. It said that a lot of people use it every day, and that some dilute it further and use it as a hairspray.
Do you think that this would cause a bunch of breakage over time, or do you think that I could dilute my 1 cup water to 1 gelatin package even more to create an alcohol-free hairspray?
Does anyone use gelatin as a gel?
Also, if anyone has any hairspray recipes tucked away, it would be greatly appreciated. My hair hates traditional hairspray, but I can never get any down style to last without some Superman strength hold in there.
