Ya know a similarity I just thought of....growing hair is like growing and taking care of a plant :D

I agree. That and relationships. All three things need lots and lots of TLC.

So true. Sometimes I think of my hair as a pet.

Ha ha!

They say that talking to plants helps them grow. If it's the same with hair then I'll finally have a good excuse for talking to myself!

A plus to all those that benignly neglect their plants!

Thank you for reminding me: I need to give my orchide some water!

My hair is a very opinionated creature. Like me. We sometimes have violent fights.

I'm glad that I don't water my plants to often:o otherwise they would drown if I gave them as much water as my hair gets conditioner *goofy me*:p

Ya know Ricky I was just saying the other day that myhair reminds me of the Hibiscus in my Granny's garden:D...they needed alot of water and always seemed to "pop" after a fresh rain; just like my hair!

Ricky22, how do you dream this stuff up? :)

I am afraid that I do not have a green thumb, but I'm doing okay with my hair. I guess I have to start treating my plants as well as I treat my hair!

Ha! They're hard to take care of when you don't have a green thumb, and if you have a wood burning stove in your house. I've killed a lot of cactus's because I'm just SURE they need more water. :p

Fortunately it is not lol!
My hair grows from the roots, my plants from the tip. If I braid my hair it is better protected, if I braid my plants... well... they break. The length of my hair likes being touched and detangles, plants don't like being touched.

(Sorry I'm a plant scientist )
