If you can't find one on the swap board, Maiden-like has them.

Right now this clip is not available at the German shops, maiden-like only has the Opal Jewel Border in stock:

My friend already asked Anna from cultmate and Corinna from maiden-like and both told her that it doesn't look like they can get that clip anymore. At least for now, one never knows :)
