Friday I tried CO with a vinegar rinse between the first and second conditioner application . Afterwards my hair felt pretty dry, so I added some sweet almond oil. .. hmm ...May have overdone that... I'm sure I'll figure it out .
BUT my big ah-ha was when I decided to clean my brush with the conditioner (Garnier triple ) I use a wooden brush (Widu). I applied some conditioner , waited a bit and wiped the bristles with a damp washcloth. Wow! Clean! And no water to damage the wood handle.
So now I know conditioner cuts the build up from my hair!
I am sure there is a thread somewhere on this forum that describes this same experience but I just had to share!
