My hair is of different lengths at the bottom, I want to see it's length and its getting quite long now. Should I cut? or wait more until the length I want to achieve then cut..

Its almost waist length but there are some shorter hairs. I will upload a picture now

Whenever I get the urge to cut to even up the hemline, I'll do a microtrim instead. It's a slower way of evening things up but it's not so drastic. I think a microtrim every few weeks is a great way to get to your goal without losing your length.

A sudden, bigger chop might make you unhappy.

I say start getting more trims (1/2 an inch only) and it will start to even out better

It depends how much it bothers you and how uneven it is. Personally, I'd get about an inch or so cut off, which should improve the appearance of your ends quite a bit, even if it doesn't totally even them up. (Oh, and I can't see your pic for some reason, so I can't see how uneven your ends actually look!).
