Hi guys :) This is my first thread, and I thought I'd share some cool all-natural tips from Whole Living. As a 14 year old, I probably won't losing my hair (naturally) anytime soon, but I wonder if these tips would help grow hair in general?
An excerpt:
"--Rosemary essential oil stimulates circulation to the scalp. Get it in Weleda’s Rosemary Hair Oil.
--Zinc is also necessary for hair development. Try Jarrow’s Zinc Balance.
--Specialized formulas that are packed with hair-boosting nutrients, like Skin, Nails and Hair by Megafood or Luminous by Vitanica.
Other general recommendations include:
--Progesterone cream for women in menopause.
--Digestive enzymes to help breakdown and absorb food contents
A B-complex that combats stress and assists in hair growth.
--Exercise! It helps to increase circulation everywhere in the body, including the scalp."

It might be worth a read...I'd love to know your thoughts on this :)
