I did it today and my hair is dry. Vinegar is better. Now I'm stuck with a container of this stuff.

Well maybe you used too much? I use 1/4 tsp to the gallon.

Plus if you don't like it In your hair you can use it added to your dishwasher.

Personally, I don't think trying something once is enough to determine whether or not it's suitable for your hair.
I would give it another go in a few weeks, using 1/2 the amount you did this time.

I ended up not liking it either. I used it for a while after borax because it is stronger than ACV or lime juice and when I quit using borax and tried to use it as a substitute for ACV after poo bars it made my hair very dry.
Plus I didn't like the weird smell it gave my hair :shrug:
I ended up using it with baking soda to clean the drains - it worked great :)

Agreed - if your hair is dry you probably used too much.

Or my espresso maker, to descale it.

It descales teakettles in no time flat. Really very useful stuff around the house. It's also a preservative, if you do any homemade hair concoctions.
