I was wondering if someone could please explain the different types or shapes of layers you can get cut in your hair and what they are called if they have common names. Pics/diagrams etc very welcome and helpful!
I do generally like layers and when I've been to the hair dresser I've always just asked for layers, with no more description, and so they have done whatever they interpret that as. Next time I'd like to be more specific because I don't like my current ones with are upside down U shapes (is there a proper name?!) but I'm not really sure what the options are or how to describe them! Thank you! :flower:
