UPDATE - Northwestgoods fork still available 7/23/2012
So, as many of you know by now, my cat Maggie got very badly hurt recently (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=97008) and needed extensive hospitalization and surgery to get better. Thanks to the generosity of a lot of friends, family, and folks online, we've been able to get her the help she needed, but we've still got over a thousand dollars in emergency vet bills to pay off.
A kind LHCer has donated these hairtoys for me to sell to help pay for Maggie's care.

Northwestgoods Metal Hair Fork
Asking: $19
New $29: http://www.etsy.com/shop/northwestgoods
4 inches usable
5 inches total
This is a lovely two toned hair fork. It's in good condition, slightly tarnished, but otherwise in perfect shape. The seller seems to be rather popular, so I wasn't able to find the original transaction, but all the comparable pieces in the shop are listed at $29, so I am asking $19.

SOLD - Thank you! Pacific Mercantile Painted Wooden Hairsticks in blue
Asking:$8
New: $10
6 inches total
This is a wonderful set of simple wooden hairsticks. They'd go great with a pair of blue jeans. They also have a tiny little hole at the top where a beaded topper could be installed by a crafty LHCer.
----------------------------------------------
SOLD - Thank you! Elymwood Claret Ash Acrylic Resin Topped Hairstick (http://i.imgur.com/2YYIyl.jpg)
Asking: $20
New: not sure http://www.etsy.com/transaction/67436267
5 inches usable length
5.75 inches total
The colors in this are a little brighter than they appear in my pictures, but a bit more muted than they appear in the original etsy listing I found for the item. The wood is smooth to the touch.
------------------------------------
SOLD - Thank you! Chevelure Blue Acrylic Single Spiral Hair Stick
Asking: $15

New $20: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Chevelure
This is waterproof and excellent for use in a sterile environment. The color is darker than it appears in the picture; sort of a shimmery navy blue. This could work well with office attire or with jeans.

SOLD - Thank you! Short (5") Ketylo Pair in Chestnut Dymondwood
Asking: $20
New $14 ea, $28 for a pair (http://www.ketylo.com/servlet/Categories?category=Ketylo+Hairsticks+-+Dymondwood+-+All%3AShort+%285%22%29)
Perfect condition pair of Ketylo hairsticks in waterproof Dymondwood. These would be perfect for blond hair for a subtle look, or for more contrast in other haircolors. If you've never owned a pair of Ketylos, I highly recommend them; I've found them to be just about the easiest sticks to use. (I even taught my non-LHC roommate how to use them, and she uses hers frequently).

SOLD - Thank you! Yellowheart Acrylic-Topped Hairsticks by Rparishwoodworks (http://www.etsy.com/shop/rparishwoodworks)
Asking: $15
New $21.99: http://www.etsy.com/transaction/45911572
6.5" total length, usable varies depending on how far you insert it
[\LIST]
I believe that is the listing for this item, the color patterns look identical. I'd never seen yellowheart before; it's a pretty, sunny yellow, with a satiny appearance in the grain. It's really quite impressive how seamless a transition it is from the wood to the topper - you won't be getting any hairs caught on this piece, that's for sure.
--------------------------------------------
SOLD - Thank you! Canoa Wood Hairstick with Blue Glass Topper
Asking:$10
New: I have no idea
[LIST]
5 inches usable
6.5 inches total
I'm really not sure at all what this one ought to cost, since I don't know the seller name and can't find where to buy another like it. It appears to be in excellent condition, though, and $10 is probably quite a bargain. The blue bead is really pretty, with silver shimmer inside surrounded by playful, multicolored flecks. The wood is smooth to the touch.
---------------------------------------------
SOLD - Thank you! DCWoodcrafts Mini Jade Fleck Acrylic Hair Stick
Asking:$12
New: Not sure, possibly around $20 http://www.etsy.com/transaction/47858253
3 7/8 inches usable
4 7/8 inches total
The color is deeper than the listing, but it's definitely more a jade tone like that than a bluer-blue like it looks in my pictures. As far as the original price, my guess is that it was probably around $20 like the similarly-shaped wood ones currently in the shop, so I'll be asking $12. Since this is an acrylic stick, it is totally waterproof, which makes it ideal for swimming or for sterile environments. I bet the color would be quite striking against henna'd hair.
---------------------------------------------
SOLD - Thank you! Tiger Maple Ketylo 2-Prong Hair Fork
Asking:$40
New: Not sure, as there are none of this material currently listed on Ketylo's site (http://www.ketylo.com/servlet/Categories?category=Ketylo+HAIRFORKS+-+All).
5.25 inches usable
6 inches total
This is in excellent condition, with really pretty wood grain. I love the satiny-shimmery look it has. I do not believe it is Dymondwood, so it should not be considered waterproof. The lowest-priced comparable pieces are $55, so I am asking $40. This piece would blend nicely with blonde hair, or stand out against darker hair.
---------------------------------------------
Keep an eye out for the next thread; I have just one last batch still to sell. Maggie's healing is coming along nicely, I'll see if I can get a picture of her this afternoon. It's been one week since her operation, so it's a little less scary-looking now.
