I miss my natural curls...

Ack, just wanted to get this off my chest.

I've been wearing twist outs lately (see sig and prof. pic).

But, but..

I miss my natural curls.

But, but ..

When I do wash-n-gos, I'm more liable to tangles.

Sigh.

Curly girl problems.

I think one of the hardest parts about embracing curls is realizing that your hair isn't going to look or act how you want it to 90% of the time.

So your hair tangles when you wear it curly. So, instead of wishing the curls away, perhaps focus on getting really good and really quick at detangling?

My hair tangles, but my biggest curse is frizz. My perfect curls are awe-inspiring...but perfect is rare. So I've worked up a good repertoire of how to make anything from slightly frizzy to FRIZZBALL OMG....workable. Even pretty if given enough time.

I'm sure it will work out.
