I banished my curls for a while!

Today I blew away my curls for the first time since christmas! I have an important job interview tomorrow and decided I wanted a super sleek bun. So I blow dried my hair on the cold setting until almost dry. I also added a lot of sweet almond oil because I had it shampood at the hairdressers yesterday and my hair very much disagrees with shampoo!

It isn't straight but it's much straighter than usual, I had to put it in a lazy wrap bun for a short while because I needed to go to the beach (only place my phone gets signal!) and I couldn't believe how slippy and smooth it was, I had a difficult time getting the bun to stay put! so now I shall appreciate my curls more for keeping buns solid.

To dry it I intermittently blew dry on cold then brushed through with my tangle teezer to dry it slowly. Here's how it turned out:

Aww, thank you for your kind words everyone :) I have my interview in an hours time (I'm super early sat at the station on lhc to fill my time! The job I'm going for is for a ruminant animal feed developer, it is literally my dream job, so nervous!

The bun didn't turn out quite as 'super' as planned, the station had no toilets (what sort of train station has no toilets?!!) so I had no mirror to check it but it felt ok. Later on (after the interview) I managed to check and it was a very odd shape! Luckily I doubt the interviewers were updo experts and it still looked neat and tidy.

I took the bun out before I got home (big bun on back of head = not amazingly comfy on a long train journey) so no pictures of the oddily unfortunatly.
