Oh egads, nononono... the "Enamel Incident From Hell" (when I was shipped a bad batch of enamel that would soften up again when the sticks were wrapped up for shipping) only affected a few shipments of LongLocks sticks at the end of last year (a small fraction of the close to 10,000 pairs I've made), that's *long* been resolved! And thank goodness too, that was the most stressful thing to happen to me in the thirteen (bad luck year?) years I've been creating my designs. Thankfully that's all behind me, I *never* want to go through anything so absolutely *mortifying* again as long as I live!
