I want to delete my album and start over, but it seems like I can't delete it. Help?

Do you mean that you selected "Delete Album" and it didn't work, or that you cannot find the Delete Album feature?

I found "Delete Album" by going to my album, and then selecting Edit Album. If it's just not working, then I don't know. :)
