There's a girl who works in the supermarket where we do our weekly shop (location available on request by PM) who always has great looking hair, but this week she had it up in a very soft version of a 60s beehive. It really looked great and so different to the general range of styles you see around. It looked as though she'd achieved it without loads of back-combing and hairspray too which gave it a much softer look than the more helmet-like styles you see in photos from the 60s. I thought it was great to see long hair put up in a way which was really original.
No idea how she did it, but if she's a member here I'm sure she'd post a tutorial :-)
