1st Year Anniversary! :D

Hey everyone^^ Here's some pictures showing my 1st year anniversary of growing my hair out since my chop and being on LHC :D (All of the pictures are taken on the 14th of March.)

My anniversary is the 14th of March but i forgot to post it that date so here you go :)

(This picture shows off how light my natural color really is :O I'm naturally a dark blonde but this picture appears lighter? :P)

I've put a line on the picture of my face to show off where my hair would have been at in March if i hadn't cut bangs in my hair in December)

I've just measured my hair from my hairline to where my hair would have been without the cuts and trims. It measured to 24-25 cm! :O about 9-10 inches! in only a year!? :O It feels so weird knowing how fast my hair grows if i don't trim/cut it :O

I might go for a whole year without trims sometime (only doing S&D method :)) to see if it is true but by judging what i have written down everytime i trim my hair and the pictures, then it is true :O

It's amazing how much faster hair seems to grow when you start at zero and you can really see the changes each week. Happy anniversary and enjoy your continued hair adventure!

Your hair looks really good! I love the shine! Keep up with what you've been doing and it should stay that way. ;) That's the great thing about starting from scratch.

As for not trimming, with healthy hair, the most you need to trim is probably every 6 months. My hair is in ok health and I haven't had a trim, other than doing some S&D, since January of 2011. Feels like I am just about now due. Just remember, as long as you treat your hair right, all the trimming we've been trained to need is just hogwash. :)

Thank you so much!^^ A time i started doing S&D daily :P (I even do it for my friends :P I find it fun and relaxing :)) and now rarely has any split ends :)
I can't imagine how long my hair would have been if i hadn't trimmed it this whole year :O (but then i would have had SO many layers and i dislike layers in my hair :P)
