Hi all! :)

I was searching around on here but haven't been able to find if there's a hair length chart of some sort?

Thanks a bunch! :D

This is the first one that comes to mind. :)

(Not my image. I just saved it a long while ago. I think it's buried in an LHC article somewhere?)

I have the same pic, Pepperminttea, I printed it and keep it in my hair folder where I keep track of my hair stuff.

I also drew a scale picture of myself (think...1st grade LOL but at scale) and labeled all the measures on me and how long it is in inches. :agree:

No I am NOT obsessed.

I swear.

That's a good picture, but I'm a little confused. Is it measuring BSL as being the top of your bra strap? Or is it more of a knee-pole length? Or is it meant for people who wear their bras that high?
I've always considered the point labeled MBL as BSL, at least on me?

I saved the chart while ago. I want to accurately chart my hair.

I think BSL equals MBL on this chart. It's a little faulty in that sense. BSL to me is below the boobs.

Excuse my terminology but would you consider BSL to also be nipple length? LOL.
I wear my bra strap very very low and the guide posted above makes me wonder if that is where I should really be wearing my bra strap?
Hmmm.. Might give it a try.

According to that chart, I'm just past MBL, on my way to waist! :)

BSL ans MBL both seem a little high to me but otherwise great pic.

Ahaha!!
I know. I am chunky now so I wear my bra strap REALLY low :/ My BSL is like a year away :( It is sickening.

Uh, no. Your bra band should be roughly level the whole way around your body, and about even with the base of your breasts. It needs to be really quite snug. The chart does a quite good job of illustrating correct bra fit.

Unless you're *extremely* small chested, like less than 3" of difference between your ribs measure and your full bust measure, chances are you're wearing the wrong size bra and thus making BSL take far longer than it ought to. In some cases in the BSL to waist thread, we've found that a new poster's bra is genuinely sitting down at her natural waist in back.

This chart is really interesting! I considered "BSL" to be like shoulderblade length, since not everyone wears a bra ^.~ I'd be somewhere between MBL and WL on this chart (aka the ABYSS!)

You learn something new everyday! For some reason, i didn't realize there was a named length between Tailbone and knee. Nice to know I can tell people I have mid-thigh length hair! :D

Here's a different hair length chart that I found, not sure if it works for everyone, but it is interesting none the less!;)

To akilina, in my case nipple length would be longer than bra strap length....;o) lol Maybe that's just 'cause I'm an old broad!

I consider BSL to be about where one's nipples are (with a bra on), maybe just slightly lower than that pic, but not bad though.

But MBL is too high. I always thought MBL was halfway between BSL and WL.

All this chart tells me is my natural waist line is so high! I have a long torso but wide hips. I guess it is hip length that is going to take me a million months to achieve.

Oh, the BSL debate. I marked mine at the top of the bra strap AND I wear my bra a bit higher (than most I have seen on here, at least). I never understood why so many people wore it so low, some BSL's look like they skip mid-back and go straight to waist :-P

This one makes more sense to me ;). I always see MBL as sort of half way between BSL and waist. And honestly, I don't think there's THAT much difference between BSL and waist (at least not on me) as there is in the first pic. Maybe I just wear the bra strap a bit lower lol.

I wish I could wear mine high! It is incredibly unflattering though on me. Very very unflattering. It looks smoother through my clothes, if I wear it lower. So my BSL seems to be a whole year away. But then after, waist would only be a few inches past that. I should just lose some damn weight so I can wear my bra strap higher.
