It's a combination of my name (Diane) and the name of a book character Ayla. I pronounce it Diane-eye-lah. I've heard some interesting variations of it that rhyme with vanilla, though that's not how I say it! :silly:

I don't remember my hair types - where can we find the listing? Thank you!

You should still be able to access your profile at old LHC (archive.longhaircommunity.com). Of course, I ought to have probably measured to see if it was still accurate -- maybe later.

Thanks for fixing this, Dianyla!

Thanks Dianyla for adding the hair type and length! :cheese:

Cool username too. I had thought Dianyla was a real name, perhaps a spelling variation of Dianela.

Is there a list of what each of the classifications means? I tried getting into the archives, but it still says I'm not allowed to edit my profile there, and when I tried to do a search there, it said that there was something wrong with the database.

I tried copying over what I had on my old profile to my profile here, but it only kept my length from when I registered, and not any of the other classifier items.

Thanks for sorting that out. It helps so much.
Broken Angel, you can find the hair type explanations in the articles (button at the top of the page)

I always wondered how to pronounce your user name. Glad to know I was very close to right.
