and ^_______^ for the most part.

I need to play with the Baking Soda a bit. It did leave my hair feeling a but stiff like even after rinsing it well...but the AVC seemed to help.

Anyone else use baking soda in place of shampoo and AVC for conditioner?

Sound off lovelies!

I use BS/ACV for clarifying about once a month. I've found 2 heaped teaspoons of baking soda and 3 cups of water works best for me. Less is more. It's amazing how little you need!

I do an ACV rinse most times I wash, but very diluted. I definitely doesn't work as a replacement for conditioner for me, my hair needs way more moisture!

I mostly alternate between CO and WO with the whole baking soda/ACV thing thrown in before I henna and sometimes in between if my hair starts to feel nasty. I love it. My hair always feels amazing afterward.

I use it to clarify every once in a while, but never use more than 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. It works fine, but more BS than that and it's too drying.
