August measure-in !!!

Hi everyone, it's already the 1st of August here in Europe and I wanted to open this topic for this month because I reached my goal which I stated when I joined LHC last April. I'm at 32" I gained 0.5" in the last 2 weeks plus I had a trim of 0.5" so totally 1" in July.How much did you gain? :cheese::cheese::cheese::cheese:

It's still the 31st here, but today was hair-washing day, so I measured.

February-61"

Before June, I was only getting 1/2" per month, but in early June I started taking biotin, and now I'm getting 3/4" per month! :D If my growth rate stays like this, I'll be at ankle in less than a year!

26.75" stretched, 22" curly. The curly measurement stayed the same, while the stretched measurement shows .75" increase in length.

I'm at 32.75/33". I've been trimming a lot lately and I'm not good about measuring how much I trim, so I'm just estimating, but I think I've stuck with my .5"/mo growth rate pretty steadily lately.

Another Australian here! My hair only grows at an average of 0.5" per month but at least it is growing. Up to 26.5". I will be buying some different vitamins tomorrow. Hopefully, I get a growth spurt in summer.

I have finally taken a measurement of my hair when dry and it looks like it's 23.5" right now (though this seems to change every day). It seems like my hair might take a LONG while to get to dry waist length.

Congratulations! Yes, I know the feeling :D My measurement was when my hair was wet and pulled straight.

I have been dealing with slow growth/stalling all summer, and as it seems to be breakage rather than seasonal slowing down, I have just trimmed about an inch. I will do microtrims from now, until my old damage from rough handling is gone.

It doesn't look as long tough :rolleyes: It's a shame to think I'm getting a trim in September but oh well... It's growing good!!!

I just looked at your hair album ... wow! You have come such a long way. I saw one of your photos and your hair is brought to the front & it is very long! It just doesn't look long in your back photos because you appear to have a long torso :D

26.5 inches as of today. I did, however, do a very small 1/4-1/2 inch self-trim 2-3 weeks ago. It didn't get all my ends, only the longest. It was more than a dusting, but didn't seem to affect length too much. Slowly creeping further...

I measured in at 17.5" (not straightened) sometime last month.... but I measured last night and it came to 18". I did gently straighten this one time since I've given up on heat styling, just to see my true length. I wonder how much longer I have to go until APL? :)

I measured 98 cm/38.6 inches on the 13th (up 2 cm/0.8 inches since mid-July), then proceeded to cut 6 cm/2.4 inches. Now I'm back to 92 cm/36.2 inches.
