Managing baby hairs

So great news. I have a bunch of 2 - 4 inch baby hairs complete with tapered ends. This is great because I had thin hair around my temples because I got 3rd degree burns there before from bleach.

Bad news. They stick straight up :( I don't want to clip or bobby them, because well... they are my cute little baby hairs and I don't want to break them off.

So any tips on taming baby hair flyaways?
