Have any of you used balancing shampoos? I did an online search and found Aveda, Paul Mitchel, and some others I don't recognize have balancing shampoos.

Are there any other brands that you have tried that make a good balancing shampoo? I tend to suffer from oily scalp/dry scalp/dandruff. I work in high humidity/heat and my head is covered with either a baseball hat or riding helmet, so it gets sweaty. in between using dandruff shampoo I'd like to find a shampoo that is gentler----and color safe.

Thanks!

I've been using Rush's Green Tea and Alfalfa shampoo lately and have found that it works great! It is made specifically for oily hair, and gives it a lot of volume and life. And it's concentrated, so it lasts a long time. Found it for pretty cheap on amazon!

Also my hairstylist told me that if I started washing my hair every other day it would cut down on the oiliness after about a week (after the scalp regulates itself). Seems to have worked! :cheese:
