RenFest Braiding Haul...Lots of Pics!

Sooo, it's been a couple of years since I've been to the local RenFest and I missed the hair braiding something fierce. But this year, I got lucky and went twice!!! :D What's even better? My hair is so much longer, I was able to get the braid I wanted the last time I went. Without further ado...

This is what I got the second trip. We didn't get any really good progress pics, so ya'll get to see the final braid right away! An Infinity Braid. :)

:o Thank you! The braiders there are so nice and do a really good job, obviously. :D I tend to lean towards the crown braid too. I think my hair was much better behaved that day. For the Infinity braid, my hair was kinda tangly and hard to manage. Plus I had a different braider and she used a lot more product, so I think my hair rebelled a bit, resulting in more fly-aways.

Thanks! :flower: I really love the silver roses too. I've actually saved the roses from all the times my hair has been braided, so now I have four little bouquets. :) I'll see if I can't get a quick picture of them.

You and me both! :D I was trying to study the progress pictures and it doesn't seem too hard-if someone else is doing it for you! I don't know how well I could get the braid to curve like that. I mean, really, it's more like one long french lace braid, but the whole curve thing throws me off. Maybe one day...
