Happy Hairniversary to me!! 2 years on TLHC very pic HEAVY!

in 2010, my hair had no shape, and I did not like at all
this is my first photo in 2010:

and I found TLHC... I did many treatments and I end up doing CO with Vo5 and olive oil, this was the result of one year of babying my hair... was good but my hair did not have good shape, did not have much body, but I grew a lot in one year...

this whole year,, may 2011 - may 2012 I'll be doing microtrimming, I want my hair in only one length,, so seems the same length as last year, but because I've been cutting, but what I like now is the body that I have, the volume...

the truth is that I have simplified now, just suave shampoo and conditioner, let it air dry, use wide-tooth comb, and use almond oil..

Thank you!!,, how much often?? well,, I think I start cutting since may 2011, every 15 days, or every month,, I saw a video of Emi doing trims on youtube and I follow his metod to self cutting...

I think in total I cut about 20cm in the whole year,,, I follow the method of Emi, 'cause she recovered his thickness with no loose any of his lenght

I use almond oil just since 2 months ago (my hair really love it!!!),, but I think is because castor oil, I always, well, when I have the time I do scalp massage with castor oil, I believe is more that, cause since,, yeah,, since 2011 I use castor oil..:D:D

ok,, well I only wash my hair once or two times per week,, I use almond oil on dry hair when my hair needs softness,, I rub my hands with it and I distribute the oil on all the lenght, the day before washing, I ussually do a deep treatment with castor oil or olive oil, I put A LOT in all the lenght and in my scalp -specially the castor oil-, and then I put a plastic bag and I go to sleep, In the morning I wash my hair with shampoo, then conditioner (Suave), and I rinse my hair with cold water, I put my hair in a towel -no rubbing-,, when I feel that my hair is not so wet, I retire the towel and let it air dry,, then when is dry, I put almond oil and I brush it with a wide tooth comb

is all,, well, remember drink tons of water, sleep well, and take multivitamins :D
