Lol , well I am pretty stumped on this one , today I went to dads house, he sported a pretty big frown and a dark beard , my fathers beard is grey he purchased just for men brown hair dye and combed it through his beard. His beard is very coarse , and I do not know much about just for men hairdye so I was wondering if there was anyone who has used this product or know someone that has .... perhaps a few things that can fade or pull some of the dye without causing too much damage.. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE , my dad will really appreciate it lol. I used up my whole stash of honey , and he used the last of his olive oil in a pot of tomato sauce lol , I was going to try a horrific experiment .

any strong shampoo will help, head and shoulders or a baby shampoo ( they are actually very alkaline and harsh, suprising I know) Vosene is also great.
There are other ways too, will go and have a look and see if I can find where I saw them

found it, it is posted by a lady who is a member on another fourm I am a member of, hope she doesn't mind
hampoo
Anti-Dandruff, for example Head and Shoulders, Vosene.
Clarifying/Deep Cleansing, for example Tresemme or T-Gel.
Citris, fruit juices can strip colour very easily such as lemon juice.
Shower Gel.
Washing Up Liquid.
Hand Soap, for example Dawn.
Tea Tree Shampoo.
Scott Cornwal B4U Colour.
Other Methods
Crush up some strong vitamin c tablets into a fine dust, mix with shampoo and lather into hair then leave in for 15-20minutes.
Swimming! The chlorine in the water can strip colour.
Spraying hair with hairspray then leaving it to dry and washing.
Covering hair in shaving foam, leave then rinse and shampoo. (as discovered by MoonFairy)
A teaspoon amount of baking soda with lots of warm water, mix until it disolves then rinse hair without scrubbing as this can aggrevate the scalp.
A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with lots of warm water, then rinse the hair.
Run a hot bath and fill it with bath salts then sit back, relax and soak your hair in the water.
Covering hair in warm olive/coconut/jojoba oil and leaving then washing out. (can vary fading)
Covering hair in coco milk, leaving for at least an hour and then rinse, shampoo and condition.
Remember all these methods are drying to the hair as you are opening the hair cuticle, letting the dye leak out so always condition lots afterwards.

Once when my hair came out too dark I put a bunch of conditioner in it and let it sit for like an hour and then washed it out with water.
It lightened it quite a bit!

Since it was grey hair the dye had to have been permanent. And removing permanent is much harder.
I hope he gets it taken care of!!
This brings me back to when I was a little girl and my dad bleached his hair...then figured he needed to bleach his beard and mustache too to match XD so bad.

Colour B4 (sold as Color Oops in the States, I think) may help pull some of the dye out.

yes, head and shoulders is fab for removing premanent dye. I used a darkest brown years ago on my hair but it went black, flat, dull black - the helpline suggested it and the baby shampoo. Between the two of them, and eight or nine shampoos later, my hair was dark brown.
Good luck!

Thank you so much everyone! Dad scrubbed his beard with an entire bottle of head and shoulders lol and he is happy , and er .... dandruff free? LOL I would never recommend doing what he did but well he is happy and the color stripped significantly , now it just looks natural ...dads are silly

Yay! It's a better outcome than my dad's last facial hair accident (it involves a dust mask, a moustache, and epoxy glue, it ends with some clippers:oops:).

I'd try washing it in a clarifying shampoo or a vinegar rinse.
