Strange Hair Happenings?? Has any one else experienced this?

A think about a week or so ago, I posted a thread on how my hair had dramatically increased shedding to over 100 hairs every time i showered (which is a great increase for me as i do not shed lots). However, this has now stopped it only lasted approximately a week and a half.

Has anyone else ever experienced a short lived shed like that? Is that Telogen Effluvium or?
