Fork/Clamp?

I got a forked clamp (?) made out of plastic today, it looks something like this;

How is this thing used? I tried using it like a fork/ficcare but would still like proper instructions so I won't break it :p

That's exactly how you're supposed to use it, although it won't hold as well as a Ficcare will. I've got one of these clamps.
