So a year ago today I cut my hair from around MBL to a little above APL, I liked it for about a month and then I missed my long hair! Although it wasnt until July that I found the LHC and really started taking care of my hair :)
And now for the pics!

Thank you! I'm actually naturally blonde, I've gone back and forth between brown and blonde since I was 15, but I think as soon as this color fades enough I'm going to bleach it back to blonde and baby it, it'll be easier to keep it natural and not dry it out with dyes as it gets longer :)

please read some of the threads about bleaching. apparently there are semi-healthy ways to take out color and/or lighten your hair. sorry to be bossy. i mean it in a nice way :)

Haha I will for sure, I want to do it as carefully as possible so I dont have to lose any length :) I've heard about using coconut oil before bleaching helps reduse damage :)

I have used color oops and it lightened my hair a bit, but not as much as I wanted. But I might try it again to lighten up before I bleach :)

That's some awesome growth right there! If you don't mind me asking, how many times did you trim your hair?

Thank you! :) I had one trim from my aunt that was somewhere between 1/2- 1 inch, and then I gave myself 3 very small dustings, so I probably only trimmed off an inch and a half this year :)

It looks really good dark. Though, I understand wanting to lighten. Coconut oil really does help. I just went back to strawberry blonde and I got no damage. It didn't even feel like it had been dyed when I rinsed out.
