*i apologize in advance if these are answered somewhere, still learning how to navigate the site*

Hi, I just have a few newbie questions:

1) How long does it take to be able to/allowed access to putting in a signature?

2) How long before you can look at other member's profiles/albums without getting the error you don't have permission page?

Please note: uploading pictures function is currently kaput. The mods know about it and it will be fixed. This has happened before..and takes plenty of time to remedy.

In the meanwhile, you can download pics to post in a thread by downloading them from picture sharing sites, like Photobucket (which is free to join).
