I want to make my own conditioner for CO washing.
here's what I'm thinking of so far:
pure water
glycerin
jojoba oil
now, what else do I need to add to this to get my hair clean?
Could I use the above with some ACV, or herbal tea, or tree tree oil, peppermint oil maybe?

I have no personal experience with homemade conditioner, but how about adding some honey? very moisturising and its antibacterial. I add aloe vera to my normal conditioner
essential oils will just be down to personal scent preference, they won't have an active role

I have had good results with Blackstrap molasses and I have heard people raving about aloe vera gel here but never tried it in conditioner.

I have been thinking about doing the same thing, as I seem to be very sensitive to the Conditioners I have used so far. My scalp get so itchy from CO'ing despite the fact that I rinse rinse rinse. Perhaps it's the hard water? Anyhow.... I will be stalking this thread. Thanks for asking!!!
