One Year of Progress

Last year on May 1st I chopped my horribly damaged hair all the way to my shoulders. I then began a year of intensive TLC including Henna & Indigo, amla, coconut oils, CO washing, kelp, fish oil, multi vitamin, vitamin D, little or no heat...probably other things I am forgetting. I also trimmed about 1 inch 3 times with some other self trims on the layers.

I am still nowhere near where I want to be but I have learned so much just lurking around these forums and thanks to LHC, I started healing my hair. I hope to continue this journey atleats to waist (almost at BSL now). Thanks LHC! (sorry can't seem to resize these pics to match!)

As far as my body yes, I do feel very healthy. I have always loved working out. I tell everyone it's my therapy lol....now only if my hair were at waist I would feel 100% :)...hopefully by next year!
